We offer a 90-day guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use or damage. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged, or show signs of use.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
